However, due to the integrated printing process and the materials used, the acrylic surface is particularly susceptible to minor scratches during shipping. In the case of small scratches or slight printing imperfections, we are unable to offer replacements or remakes. Refunds or exchanges will only be provided for significant quality issues, such as severe defects in the image or major scratches.
